Our 3-week stay at The Park, Chennai was made exceptional by the incredible team at SIX 'O' ONE restaurant in the hotel . Dealing with health issues, we required a strict Sathvik diet, and the staff went above and beyond with genuine empathy.
Chef Anurag was the heart of our recovery. Unlike many chefs who listen politely only to serve their usual "standard" take—often resulting in food too spicy for our needs—Anurag truly heard us and tailored every dish to our health requirements. He cooked with a spirit of service that nourished us back to health. Special thanks to Ravi for connecting us with the Chef, as well as Suresh, Abhinav, Harikrishnan, Ankit and the entire service team for making us feel at home. This care was the primary reason we extended our stay.

Had a wonderful farewell buffet dinner at 601 – The Park, Nungambakkam, for a group of 25 people, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The food spread was impressive — the sushi rolls were amazing, the dimsums were flavourful, and the seafood starters were particularly good. The live pasta counter and live pizza counter were a big hit with our group and tasted absolutely fantastic. The dessert spread was also quite good and well curated.

A special mention to the wonderful hospitality and service by Ms. Ary, Mr. Prakash, and the manager Mr. Ravi, who were extremely accommodating and ensured everything went smoothly for our large group. Their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience.

Will definitely visit again for the great food and exceptional service. Highly recommended for group dinners and special occasions!

This place offers a buffet in a five-star hotel setting with great ambience and very attentive, professional staff. The spread includes Thai chili chicken, Afghani fish tikka, salads, dim sums, sushi, and mains like biryani, pizza, and pasta. The chicken and prawn dim sums and cheese pizza were the best dishes.

However, food quality was inconsistent. Some items like the noodles and soy garlic veggies were disappointing, and several non-veg dishes had dry, flavourless meat. For the price, the food didn’t fully live up to expectations, though the service and ambience were excellent.

Good place for the vibe and service, but the food needs improvement to justify the cost.

Lovely ambience and Seating. Just loved the sunday brunch menu. Every dish was amazing. Specially the dimsums, sushi and salads. Loved the pancake live counter and the hot spot counter - prawn and their fish was totally my favorites. 80+ varieties including the live counter. Live counter includes of Omelette varieties, indian breads, pizzas, pastas, hot spot, pancakes, dimsums, sushi and dosas. Their dessert varieties were amazing and totally in love with every bit of their menu served. Every staff are customer friendly and very professional. Loved their cosy ambient and the live band.

Buffet - Not worth the hype.

Visited Six O One with my mom, sister, and nephew for to try their buffet—about a 10km drive on 3rd Oct, Friday. The restaurant was almost vacant at 2pm. The staffs were courteous but no one could understand Tamizh but are fluent in English and Hindi. Appreciate the management for providing complementary meal for the kid aged 5.
That said, for the high price, the experience was poor.

Service was lacking; staff were inattentive and offered no guidance on the courses or buffet items. Although they were polite and responded when called from our table, we were left confused about what was included and felt out of place. There were no breads in the display and no staff informed that roti or naan can be explicitly asked for.

My over-the-counter order for pasta and pizza were also inattentive; I had to constantly call the staff or personally visit the counter multiple times to remind them about my order! Adding to it, the dish completely lacked enthusiasm. I understand there was some photoshoot going on with the chefs and they looked heldup but there were 5- 6 other staffs who could have help us.

The variety in non veg was very limited. There were only 2 nonveg starters the dry chicken and fish fry. Both were delicious. But the Alfredo pasta was subpar, and the non-veg momos were shockingly bad, tasting strongly of raw meat. The smoky chicken pizza was better. And the paneer curry was commendable. The Pulav was severely undercooked, resulting dry & flavorless. Overall, only a few items were worthwhile for the price.

On a positive note, the desserts tasted great, and the ambiance is very nice. Thank you for arranging finger bowls as the washarea was under construction, it avoided walking down the steps. However, these few highs do not justify the overall poor service and lackluster food.

Maynot concern the restaurant - a GST of ~Rs1,000 for a bill of ~Rs 5,000. Have no clue what did the govt do to deserve this 18%.
