The food and place were lovely, especially since we visited on a Saturday and Valentine’s Day. It was a bit crowded to get seats, but the food was delicious.
I had cauli bombs, smashed chicken French toast, garlic girl pizza and creme brule fried sandwich. The Cauli bombs were really unique and were yum. The cauliflower was so soft and along with the gravy\sauce it tasted amazing. The French toast with smashed chicken was decent. It became a little overwhelming to finish the whole thing after a point. I wasn’t a big fan of this dish though as I felt there wasn’t a proper fusion between fried chicken and French toast. The garlic girl thin crust pizza tasted like garlic bread and was good. The creme brûlée fried sandwich was also pretty good. It was creamy and sweet and was decent I would say. The service was good and ambience was also really good with two floors of seating. Overall a pretty good experience. The cost of all items a little expensive though.
We visited Cafe Manana for brunch and ordered the popcorn paneer, Mexicana pizza, grilled chicken and a cappuccino. Everything from the service to the food was excellent! The pizza in particular - thin crust and very flavourful. A bit Indian-ised but good nonetheless. Must try if you are in Anna Nagar.
A cute pastel-toned cafe thats perfecr for friends and dates. Cozy, aesthetic and super inviting. Tried the loaded nachos, chicken wings, chipotle chicken tacos and dan dan edamame rice bowl - but the smashed chicken french toast stole the show (ordered it twice).
The food at this hotel was truly impressive – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the variety on the menu catered well to different tastes. The dining experience itself was enjoyable, but the service could be more attentive. At times, it felt like the staff were stretched thin, which led to delays in refills and follow-ups. With a little more attentiveness from the team, the excellent food would be matched by equally outstanding service. Overall, a great spot for dining, and with some improvements in staff attentiveness, it has the potential to be exceptional.
