This is the best place I've had lunch. The restaurant is spacious and cozy. The food arrived very quickly. We ordered a salad: lots of vegetables, fruit, and a delicious dressing. We ordered a shrimp pizza: thin, fresh dough, tender cheese, and fresh vegetables. The restaurant itself is cozy.
I have been visiting this place may be for the 5th time now and honestly my experience was not the same as the first time.The day I went was a DRY DAY and the place looked very calm, less crowded, usually we need to pre book tables as a mandate.
The taste and quality of the food is compromised other than the desserts!
To chill up the thirst had opted for a watermelon basil fizz , though my personal fav from here is the strawberry basil; it was refreshing! But the lychee lime that we ordered felt like a canned drink.
Mild starters of malai broccoli with pineapple was yomm.
The main course with herb grilled chicken was extremely dry, uncooked vegetables,no flavours to the mash potato,no flavours to the sauce- ended up with a teeth pain eating the meat.
Next new entry in the menu Pad tadakom(not sure of the name) sticky rice with some juicy broth and minced chicken and sunny side made up to the experience.
To top it off the tiramisu was really gooooood.
My personal favourites at this place are the pad thai noodles,stuffed mushroom,pizza, strawberry basil juice,belgian cake, tiramisu.

There is wide range of food choices, both veg and non-veg. The cuisines are also eclectic from pan-asian to Mediterranean to Continental. Everything we ate tasted good and was cooked well. The plus point is there is a bar on site and so alcohol is also available with a good choice of beverages. The service can be improved with a little more training for the staff, but nothing to complain about. They were cheerful and friendly. The space is a mix of indoor and outdoor and designed well with a mix of decor and colors and lighting. Something for everyone. In fact that's how I would summarize this place, something for everyone!
The items are priced on the higher side, comparable to some star hotel rates. Location is fine but you have to go through some narrow lanes to get here.
All in all we had a good time.
I recently visited East Coast at Madras Square with a friend, and the experience was truly top-notch. The ambience of the restaurant is absolutely rich and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed outing.
We tried a variety of dishes: Kalamari, pad Thai Noodles, Ham and Cheese Burger, Pomegranate Mojito, The tiramisu, and the Cheesecake. Every single dish was delicious and unique, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The flavours were well-balanced, and the presentation elevated the experience even further.
The service was excellent—punctual, attentive, and courteous. The staff made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, the food tasted fantastic, the ambience was classy, and the entire experience felt premium.
I would highly recommend East Coast at Madras Square for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with top-quality food and service.

⏳- Service is also good and they will hell you in understanding any food items that you have concerns for.
✨- Awesome ambience with cozy vibes and there is an option to sit indoors and outdoors.
🚻 - Clean and hygienic but only 1 person can go at a time.
