Tried National Durbar Biryani in Chennai. The biryani was delicious, and the restaurant maintains good hygiene. I’ve visited twice.
The first time, the service was top-notch even though the restaurant was very busy with lots of customers. The second visit was around 11 AM with not much rush, but the service was disappointing compared to my first experience
Location was Easy to spot near Rippon building, Ordered Parota with Special Chicken masala but parota was bit hard and dry, tried fruit cake rusk and was really tasty- would recommend with a tea.
I went there know its an old place with flavours as such. Food indeed had its own authentic flavour, a good place for deserts, coffee was relatively crude but was nice.
Maybe some old school music might do well and a little bit of refurbishment would do great. Overall, for an old school quick dine its actually nice.
Next time I might just go for a late evening tea with some friends.
Visited National Durbar Restaurant and tried the Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Noodles. Both were tasty and served hot. The quantity was okay and good enough. Service was little bit taking time
