I am a frequent customer of this hotel as it is located close to my home. The food quality and taste are generally very good.
However, I have repeatedly faced an issue with the parcel service. The mini idly here is usually very tasty, and we often order it as a takeaway. Unfortunately, during parcel orders, ghee is often not added, and the quantity of sambar and chutney provided is insufficient. The small amount of sambar given in the parcel box is not enough for all the idlies.
When we requested an extra packet of sambar or chutney, the staff refused to provide it. Paying ₹80 for a parcel without adequate sambar and chutney makes it difficult to enjoy the food.
We have raised this concern multiple times at the billing counter, but the issue has not been properly addressed. I hope the management will look into this and improve their parcel service experience.
Very bad service. I asked for a mini tiffin parcel and was given one where in everything inside was dry and hard to eat. Thank god it was not spoiled at least. Even if people do takeaways, atleast have the courtesy to make the food fresh and hot for them to take. Smaller restaurants do better. I only came to you guys because my usual place was closed on that day.
